Seniors or upperclassmen is very important than you think!!

Today,I met some people from my hometown, whothe beautiful came to our school to participate in reexamination for the postgraduate entrance. Before coming here, they have kept in touch with a postgraduate in grade 2 in our school, who is also from my hometown. After the reexamination ,they were still asking the postgraduate that the mentor (teacher) they had contacted with in advanced will agree them to become hismore liberty students. In the chat, the postgraduate seemed that he could influence the teacher to select which students will be his postgraduates. The mentor would ask the postgraduate some opinions about hiring which students is better. So if you also want to smoothly pass thbigger houses e postgraduate entrance reexamination in future, it's ofsearch for knowledge a great help for you to knowing some postgraduate or seniors who come from the same college as you.

never give up the persuit of learning

Recently i have been immersed in the works of  Mr.Ba Jin .Never before have i shed tears for reading some affecting  essays .the reason is very simple.i'm convinced that all of these writers try to magnify or amplify the pains they have suffered and the joys they have had.i never

read any of those essays on the basis of the forementioned reasons.but now, wild fllower i wonder ,my friends ,have you ever got stuck in them , cut down on food and clothing to buy them, and just want to satisfy yourself?perhaps many of you haven't,for we're not the generation who is so eager in the aquisition of knowledge like our predecessors.we're more likely to be  content by fast food rather than advanced litertures or works.
Yesterday,i read some  English translations of  contenporary prose by famous translator Zhang peiji, who enjoys big fame at home and abroad.as many English recommeded his works ,i began to read his essays sweet day with an emotion love your life of admiration, after all ,the chioce of the majority is always right.in the first anthologies  of his,i ran across a passege called《never give up the persuit of learning》,at the first glance of it,it didn't bring too much thoughts to me.however, after reading it ,at least ten times,i gradually realized that  there is a general principle in it.,that is we shouldn't give up learning until the day we die.i'm not just repeating what the title tells us.something quite different from sweet and virtuous soul that generats in me.
Forsake learning, and you'll ruin yourself.that's the truth i want to say.before entering to sophomore phase,i wandered around and around.without specific subjectives and goals.i wager that is the right state of most freshmen.they only have ambitions, only.nobody guides them how to realize that, let alone to take them hand in hand  go through the perplexed future.sweet spring, all of these were what i had sweet rose suffered in  my first year of college.when it comes to the second year,it overwhelmingly seems that everything  is on the right track.i take it granted for i'm mature enough to  live like this, although i 'm not sure how long this is going to last.interestingly,i imagined once, that i could stop all the process of study and went out to to start working.admitteddly.i used to regard studying in college as something useless.moreover,i could go into scholarship again after working .but BaJin tells that'those refuse to study will most probablely continue to do so even there is a library, those who refuse to do research will continue to do so when the lab is available'.whose hue angry and brave he is right, isn't him?
spending  half day browsing through useless websites, cooing with so-called lovers during the prime of your life ,or striving to be a learned man,the choice lie with you. your alma mater is eagerly laughter and joy to see what will become of you ten years from now.

Haveing lunch in Germany

Every day, I have lunch in Canteen(or dining hall), The food is better than I expected. Sometimesshall a light there are rice covered with dish and poured with sauce, noodle with some seafood. But potato is the most popular staple food. Undoubtedly, you will not find chopsticks. I used to eat with fork, knife and spoon. One lunch costs 3 to 5 Euro. I think it is fine for me. After all you are living in Europe. ture This price is very good. It includes a main dish, a small dish of vegetable salad and a dessert. Our group always eat in Canteen together, but how to make an apointment? They won't say loudly in corridor "go for lunch!". In lunch time, you will hear a ting, somebody is knocking a metal. it means "let us go".

Never cruelly throttle your success by yourself.

he famous inventor Thomas Edison said: the bright “Many people who failed in life didn’t know how close they were to success when they gave up.”

Again it is a topic on perseverance and persistence.bigger houses Having experienced a seemingly endlessly dark and grueling process, people are prone to giving up before the true ending is uncovered, without knowing that only if they just insisted a little bit longer, he would have a warm and comfortable embrace with success. What a shame! If I were that person, I would feel regretful for the rest of my life. %>_<%

There is a Japanese Proverb which says: ”the beautiful If you fall down seven times, simply stand up eight times!” It is inevitable that people will fail and fall down sometimes. The most important thing is that they can get up bravely and insist on their spiny roads leading them to the imminent success. Only if you strive to get up, then you’ll never be a loser.

Now, are you ready to getlove and truth up for the eighth time?

The most important thing in travel

This February, soon after the Spring Festival, I had a tour in Sichuan Provience. On the bus to Jiuzhaigou Valley, our tour guide Piaget replica watchescomplained:"Your guys just sleeping when the bus is running, peeing when the bus stops, and when you come back home, you have no ideas what you've learnedsearch for knowledge during the tour. " No one can deny his ingenious conclusion because what he said is the truth. Then I saw some of us lifted themselves up and focused on the guide's presentation. Apparently, the guide's words worked.

But his thought-provoking complaint brought me into an interesting question: what is the most important thing in a tour?  The guide may think that tourists must learn something, otherwise, travel would become meaningless to them. But I think our moods are ultimately important when we are travelling more liberty around.

Living in this modern world with fast pace, people are under too much pressure. Travel offers great opportunities for us to really relax and you can take your mind off your own troubles and concerns when you are approaching to spectacular landscapes or sublime ancient palaces. It doesn't matter whether you can remember all the scenic spots or know the backgrounds of historic relics by rote. Today's world is filled with all kinds of information, you can learn whatever you are interested in on the rolex daytona replicaInternet, in books or in documentary films.

Perhaps we have already got used to enduring a heavy burden and living a busy life, and when we put ourselves into a carefree trip, suddenly, we feel lost, jacob and company replica watches because we simply don't understand what is relaxation and how to relax. How pathetic!

My visit to the USA

I am lucky to have the opportunity to study in the Washingtonwhose hue angry and brave DC for one year, and seven months sweet spring, have already passed. I would like to share my feelings to you if you are also interested in going abroad.
First of all, most Americans are very kind people. The most common words thatlaughter and joy I heard are " Have a good day".  The Americans usually say simple words, but quite fast. You have to get used to their fast speaking. However, if you want to speak like a American, you must keep on studying every day. English words are much more abundant than Chinese. Only speaking is not enough, you need also to do some reading, listening. Though there are frustrations along the way, sweet and virtuous soul there are also some interesting experience. Enjoy the experience!
Additionally, I am taking classes in the George Washington sweet day University. The adviser and the students look like friends, and the students are just call their advisor's name. Their teaching method is similar to ours, but the teacher will not forget to mention " Any questions?" before the class over every time. I often have no question because I can not understand well. However, the teacher usually give us papers and PPT to read after class, which is quite sweet rose important to me to review before the exam.
I do not like to write a lot, but I will keep on writing! See you around.

Personality, in my understanding

Personality, in my understanding, is what defines a particular person, therefore, while personalities may have great resemblance between two people. It is still believed that each set of personalities of two different possessors should differ at some point, love your life just like fingerprints. It seems much easier to embrace a genetic interpretation towards personality differentiation. Like son, like father, it is reasonably understood by many people that an offspring takes after his or her parents. Every one of us obtains an unique genetic code, however, it is stillthe beautiful far-fetched to attribute personality differentiation to genes for we have numerous examples to show that children more than often fall out with their parents and have their own opinions against that of their parents. If personality truly originates from previous generations, we should be able to see a strongerture link between two generations.

A more acceptable argument would be personalities are fostered during a person’s development through the influences brought by his surroundings (school, friends, family, colleagues, social events. etc.). Following our initial statement that there are no identical personalities, we should wake up to the fact nobody lives in an identical environment with another. People go to different schools, havelove and truth different friends, make different decisions and experience different things. Altogether they determine an unique reality for a particular person. Hypothetically, we have this twins who share exactly the same DNA and their parents divorced right upon their birth, for which each of the two gets to live with either mom or dad. Conceivably, by the time they become adults, they should display different personalities even they share the same genetic traits. Similarly, a child who is adopted is likely to resemble his wild fllower or her foster parents in personality instead shall a light of the biological ones only because he or she has a different life experience when living with different people.

You know that I subscribe an English newspaper

You know that I subscribe an English newspaper called 21st century every year. the bright I like reading English newspaper, which gives my study a hand. A good idea comes to me that I would like to recommend you some good articles from English newspaper. Let’s study English together.

Soccer fever grips folk

The annual soccer league of South China Normal University kicks off next week.

Hu Xiaoqing, art school captain, went to the campus shop to pick up the team’ outfit. But Guangzhou Evergrande FCsearch for knowledge ) jerseys were sold our.

Guangzhou’s league championship last year reignitedlaughter and joy the city’s passion for soccer. This was despite match fixing and gambling scandals which tarnishedmore liberty Chinese soccer. The fever also broke out on campuses with more students becoming fans and players.

“You can see more and more students wearing the Evergrande or R&Fbigger houses jersey on campus,” said Hu, 21, a junior majoring in environment art.

According to Hu, the school team recruiting new members every year. This year there were three times as many applicants.

Soccer pitches are crowded with more than 50 soccer player and students have to take turns.

“There were only about 10 students playing soccer two years ago,” said Hu.

According to Guangzhou Evergrande soccer club, 15,000 season tickets were sold on the day whey went on sale, most of them bought by students who queued overnight.

Taobao online store owner Chan Ye is feeling the heat too. In the last 30 days, the store has sold 433 Evergrande jerseys, four times as many as AC Milan jerseys.

“We sold mo more than 600 Evergrande jerseys the whole of last year,” said Chen. ”It has been a long time since a domestic soccer jersey was the most popular item, it reminds me of the golden days of Chinese soccer 10 years ago.”

According to figures from the Chinese Football Association, more than 45,600 people on average swarmed into Guangzhou  stadium to watch Evergrande playing at home in 2011. The number topped all Chinese super league clubs.

Students once crowded the canteen to watch English or Italian league soccer on TV.

“But now half of the TVs are turned in to watch Evergrande games live,” said Liao Yongjie, sophomore majoring in mechanical engineering at Shantou University

“People used to say that Chinese football had no future and more students went to play basketball or other sports, but now you see more students interested in soccer.”

Zhang Yu, of the sports department at Hunan University of Commerce thinks that soccer fever means more than sales of tickets the beautiful and jerseys.

“Chinese soccer needs to take root with the population as a whole and on campus is the ideal place for cultivation,” said Zhang to Hunan Daily last week.

“Young people’s passion for soccer  is the most important thing.”

Do What Is Worth Doing and Try to Find the Fun of it

Many people say that we should do what we truly like. Yes we’re notsweet rose supposed to let go of what we really like. The question is that, in many cases, we just cannot do what we dream of. The reasons could be various but are all concerned with reality. We may wish to travel around the world, but how can we come up with the cash that is needed? We may want to start our own business, but where can we get the launching capital and related technology? There’s always a big gap between our wish and reality.

Facing tough situations, we have to be realistic and learn to be a little more resilient. Knowing that not every dream can be realized doesn’t mean that we just give in to the harsh circumstances. One solution is to work out a long-term plan. If your dream cannot come true in five years, youwhose hue angry and brave can give yourself more time, say ten years to prepare yourself for that goal. Some dreams may seem almost impossible to be realized. In that case, you may have to give up for a while.sweet and virtuous soul I mean you can put your long-cherished dreams deep in your heart and wait for the opportunity to come. You don’t lose all the possibilities. In this world, you never know what may come your way tomorrow.

No matter what happens, life has to go on. As an individual, we don’t have full control of our life. Sometimes we have to yield and accept reality. The past is over; the future is yet to come; only the present is truly yours. So try to be real and live in the present. We should not only calmly accept what life has brought us, but learn to be content with ourselves, with our lives and optimistic about our future. Life is a complex set of events much of which of course is real, yet a large amount is just your view of what really happened. To some extent, it all depends on what kind of perception you have and how you look at it.

While one’s attitude is crucial, we have to live a real life. We cannot waste our precious time daydreaming. Action is always more important thansweet spring, thinking. Anything that is worth doing is worth doing well. Maybe it is not what you really like, but somebody has to do it. If it is something that is worth doing and you have decided to do it, sweet day the best and wisest way is to try hard to find the fun of doing it. Only in this way can you be truly happy and highly efficient. Once you find yourself enjoying it, you’ll see that moving ahead is the best definition of living life.

Turkey leaders official visit to Urumqi, Xinjiang

The day before yesterday, Turkey prime minister Mr Erdogan love your life paid official visit to Urumqi, XinJiang, accompanying with 300 businessman and government officials.  When I saw the images, I got excited, because it was a landmark in XinJiang history, first time visited by high government officials.

We share a lot of things with Turkey Turkish. Since we are the Uyghur turks, we speak a language which is pretty close to Turkish. And we also share the same religion Islam. Based on our ethnically related characteristics, the beautiful the visit paid by Turkey PM this time is like the meeting between far relatives.

A crowd of Uyghur people cheered when the PM Mr Erdogan appeared in the Big Market, the center of Urumqi where majority Uyghur people inhabit. The PM met Uyghur people in the Big Market and talked to them in Uyghur language fluently. Applause was everywhere and the crowd was shouting "Marhaba! Hux Kelipsiz! " wild fllower (means Welcome in English).

My career life

I have been working for almost ten years since I started working in 2001. Frankly speaking, I have experienced a lot in work, and I have a deep feeling about work. Now I can deal with work easily, what’s more, I really enjoy myself at work. So I am going to write some stories that happened to me in my career life. I hope the stories can benefit you.

The key word: getting on with the co-workers

I served the customer when I worked for a building material company in 2002. My work included handling the disputes between the customer and the manufacturer. In order to qualify the job, I bought some books for further study. If the customer voices a complaint, the bright I will conduct a research and find a way the two sides can accept to tackle the problem. Because I get along well with my colleagues, so they are willing to give me a hand when I am in trouble.

The accountant, in the foreign trade company, knew that I majored in account in college, so often let me help her with work. At the beginning, I worried that I would offend her if I refused her require, but she was shall a light always pushing me around, so I said no. Though our friendship was so-so, but it was not a big deal.

Kim is a girl we recruited last May. Unexpectedly, she was pregnant three months later. She is sensitive and complains a lot about her surroundings. One day, Andy, one male colleague, smoked in the office, which sparked off a quarrel between them. Since then, they seldom talk in office. One afternoon, a client made a call. Andy was not in at that time, so Kim wrote down what the customer said in the phone in paper. Andy came back and ignored anything on his desk. When the customer called again, Anny had no idea about the thing, which led to the customer’s complaint.

It is impossible for the co-workers to become true friends atlove and truth work, but it is hard for you to do work if you have bad relationship with your co-workers.

Episode 1: Introduction to Beijing

Ní hǎo all!

My first 10 days in beijing has been eventful and a major culture learning curve.

I arrived in Beijing early saturday morning (~5:30am) and was greeted by Lewis, an energetic and smiling Hutong the beautiful School representative. (I later found out that Lewis had been to the airport to pick up  my flat mates at midnight that same night and consequently was working off 2 hours sleep). Lewis and I caught the subway to Andingmen where my apartment was. After a bit of a mix up I was moved to another apartment near Guloudajie (literally means drum building big street - we are near a tourist spot called the Drum Tower). I kind of lucked out because this apartment is much newer, bigger, and generallylove your life nicer than most of the other student apartments and it is located right next to school. Throughout the morning I  was introduced to my 3 flat mates, Matt and Luz from America/Mexico and Gerhard from Germany and we all started moving in, unpacking and making the place a little more homely. This involved breaking the couch at some point.

The next few days were spent exploringwild fllower the hutongs around Gulou and working out where to eat and the best places to find supplies. We are extremely lucky being in the old part of beijing as there are little hidden markets everywhere, cheap, family run restaurants and nearby is a beautiful lake with many vibrant bars and cafes. A few days after I arrived in Beijing Mat, Luz and I went to one of these markets nearby and came out feeling high confused and with some exotic vegetables. We didn't know any hanyu (spoken chinese) sweet and virtuous soul and were baffled by all these hand signals the shop owners were doing which made them look like they wanted to smoke dope, or were playing hand puppets. I'm happy to say that we ventured to this market again today and I was stoked to be able to understand all the prices, I was able to bargain and I realised that I definitely was ripped off that first time. But being ripped off here is still half the price of food back in Perth so I guess everything is relative.

There was a major holiday here on the Monday after I arrived called the sweet spring, Tomb Sweeping Festival. This continued til the Wednesday and meant I had no class until the Thursday. I actually really enjoyed having those five days off as it meant I could settle in and enjoy getting to know the area before starting school. During this period Lewis took me to thewhose hue angry and brave music district of Beijing and helped me buy a cheap electric sweet rose guitar to muck around on. Lewis managed to bargain the price down a bit and we both left the store with the shop owner asking that I come back and work for him to pay off all the money that we had saved. Mat, Luz and I also went to the Llama temple, Tiananmen Square, the Forbidden city and Ri sweet day Tan park. Ri Tan park is an awesome park to the east of where I live with a beautiful chinese gardens, lakes, old personthe beautiful exercising areas (for Mat and Luz), and a huge outdoor rock climbing wall. Myself and a few of my classmates spent the afternoon of Easter Sunday rock climbing at Ri Tan which was really enjoyable. There should be some photos attached to this blog.

Anyway, I met my class on Thursday and we begun our intensive Mandarin learning. The class is composed of Myself, Kelvin (Australia), Mat and Luz (America), Solange (Brasil), Otto (Norway), Natalie (England) and Gerhard (Germany). We are one of the bigger classes but everyone is really friendly and excited to learn. I thought that 4 hours of Mandarin a day might not be enough. I am happy tolaughter and joy say that 4 hours is definitely enough. My brain is overloading at 3:30pm everyday (in a good way). I think we have already learned about 150 characters (whether I can remember them all perfectly is another story). As our first study group bonding session we decided to visit Wanfujing snack street after class on Friday. This busy, bustling street is filled with an exotic range of chuanr (kebabs). Including bad ass black scorpions (ate it), silkworms (ate it), tiny scorpions (ate it), sea horse (didn't eat), star fish (didn't eat), flying lizards (didn't eat), chicken foetuses (didn't eat), sheep penis (didn't eat), dogsearch for knowledge intestines (didn't eat), and much more. Check the photos out.
Anyway, it was a major bonding experience hahaha. And yes, if you were wondering we have named everyone in our study group based on the characters from community. Last night we all went out to a special restaurant to taste Beijing Duck in Beijing. The duck was Hai keyi.

Overall, it has been a good first 10 days. Everyone has been really welcoming. My apartment has begun to feel like home, at least a home away from home. I'm enjoying learning Mandarin and having the opportunity to instantaneously practise it on the street. Of more liberty course, I miss everyone back home so if you are reading this make sure you get on skype at some point and have a chat to me while I am here :) I'll try to write in this blog semi regularly to keep everyone updated as it's hard to remember everything we have done already! At the moment I am sitting in my apartment writing this and keeping an eye on the Beijing Air Quality Index to see when its safe to go for a run. I have been running around that lake near my house and have even seen some local joggers! (or what can't be classed as walking). bigger houses Tomorrow is Luz's (by the way, that is pronounce Luce) birthday so we are having tortillas tonight to celebrate (she is mexican be decent) and tomorrow we are having a mahjong class in the evening and will probably go out afterwards. Yeah, we're HC.

I hope all is well with you and life is going great.

Much love,

Marc

The cheapest solar panel to challenge fossil fuels

Twin Creeks, ture a solar energy company that has been released recently, has developed a way to create solar cells that are half the price of cheaper cells manufactured today, and therefore available to challenge the hegemony of fossil fuels.search for knowledge The best of these novel photovoltaic cells "Twin Creeks" is created with a particle accelerator of hydrogen ions.

At present, almost all solar panels are made by cutting a slice with a thickness of 200 microns (0.2 mm) of a block of crystalline silicon. Then add a few electrodes, covered with a protective glass, and left in a sunny area to generate electricity through the photovoltaic effect (when photons laughter and joy strike the silicon excite electrons and generate a charge). There are two problems with this approach: as with the sawdust produced when wood is cut, is lost almost half of the silicon block when cut into slices of 200 micrometers, and secondly, the panels continue to function equally well if they were thinner than 200 micrometers, but silicon is brittle and prone to fracturse if too thin.

This is where the ion cannon ion Twin Creeks, dubbed Hyperion, more liberty comes into play. If you look at the picture above, shall a light the slices of 3 mm thick silicon are placed around the outer edge of the big wheel with spokes. A particle accelerator such slices bombarded with ions of hydrogen, and with exacting control of the voltage of the voltage of the accelerator, the hydrogen ions accumulate precisely to 20 micrometers from the surface of each slice. A robotic arm then transports the slices to a furnace where the ions are expanded into hydrogen gas, bigger houses which causes the 20-micron layer thickness is cut up. A metallic reinforcement that is applied for less fragile (and highly flexible, as shown on the right), and the remaining silicon slice is taken back to the particle accelerator for another dose of ions. In one-tenth the thickness and with a considerable waste much less, is easy to see how Twin Creeksthe beautiful can halve the cost of solar cells.

According to Technology Review, has been considered before ion waves, love and truth but particle accelerators were simply too expensive to be commercially viable. This is the other side of Twin Creeks innovation: they had to make your own particle accelerator that is "10 times more powerful" (100mA to 1 MeV) than any other in the market today.

Finally, after all, if you buy the team Twin Creeks, promises a cost of about 40 cents per watt, about half the cost of the panels currently coming out of China (where the vast majority of panels Solar are made). At that price, solar energy begins to intrude, especially in the energy derived from the network of oil - but, of course, we still need to create batteries that can store solar energy during the night. Stanford may have the answer to this problem, though, having its own Nanobattery endless - and then there is the lithium ion batteries stimulated with graphene, and perhaps more realistic, electric cars like the Nissan Leaf model that can double the praised battery power a house.
